SMS Opt-In & Consent
Slice n Dice Tennis LLC sends account and class text messages only to customers who explicitly opt in through the web form on our account signup page at https://www.slicendicetennis.com/auth. Below is the exact consent experience customers see.
Step 1 — Customer enters their mobile number (optional)
Step 2 — Customer checks the unchecked consent box
The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required to create an account or make a purchase. Consent, the timestamp, and the source (web_form_signup) are stored with the customer record.
Message types
- Class and private lesson booking confirmations
- Upcoming class reminders
- Cancellation, reschedule and waitlist updates
- Account notices (e.g. token balance changes)
Frequency & opt-out
Message frequency varies based on your bookings (typically 2–8 messages per month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also remove your phone number in your member profile.
